Ozlem is an Urban Designer and Urban Planner specialized in the field of analysis of spatial systems.
She participated in national and international urban planning, urban design and academic research projects for over 10 years. She was a visiting scholar at University of Georgia, College of Environment & Design, Athens, US for two academic semesters, where she co-instructed two courses in the Master of Environmental Planning and Design Program. She received her Ph.D. degree in 2014 with her research on the effects of morphological and perceptual qualities on walkability.
Her research interests focus on spatial systems and walkability in urban design and urban planning, network analysis and GIS technologies.
